Sales Outsourcing Companies in Europe: 9 Best for 2026
November 17, 2025
By Alex Tournon, Founder of Profitbl

Most sales outsourcing companies in Europe sell well in one or two countries. Few sell well in France, Germany and the UK at the same time, and that gap is where most European expansions stall.
We run outbound for B2B software companies across Europe every week. We see the same pattern again and again. A vendor books meetings in London, then goes quiet in Paris or Munich, because the callers do not speak the buyer's language.
So we compared 9 sales outsourcing companies in Europe on what decides results: native language, seniority, channels and price. Below is the shortlist, a side by side table, and our view on who fits which market.
TL;DR: the shortlist
- Profitbl: best for B2B software companies that want native-language calling in France, DACH, Benelux and the UK
- Brightvision: best for complex B2B tech firms that want one partner across the Nordics and Northern Europe
- Seventic: best for French-led campaigns that also need other European languages
- Salescode: best for tech vendors that want part of the fee tied to revenue
- Inside Global: best for enterprise software vendors chasing large EMEA accounts
- Sopro: best for high-volume email prospecting at a public monthly price
- EuroDev: best for firms from the US and Canada opening their first European market
- Air Marketing: best for UK-focused companies that want sales and marketing in one place
- MarketStar: best for large enterprises that need a big team across many regions
Our top picks are Profitbl for native-language outbound in France, DACH, Benelux and the UK, Brightvision for Nordic and multi-market programmes, and Seventic for French-led campaigns. Profitbl: Starting from €3,600 a month (about $4,100). Sopro also lists a price on its site.
We are on this list. Here is how we judged everyone, us included.
| Vendor | HQ | Markets | Channels | Starting price | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Profitbl | Luxembourg | France, DACH, Benelux, UK (Nordics and Southern Europe via partners) | Phone first, email, LinkedIn | Starting from €3,600 a month (about $4,100) | B2B software selling €10K+ deals into Europe |

How we picked these sales outsourcing companies
We picked these 9 firms on five checks. Every vendor had to pass all five.
- Real European presence: an office in Europe and callers who sell in the buyer's language.
- B2B outbound at the core: phone, email and LinkedIn run by people, with booked meetings as the output.
- Fit for B2B software and tech: experience with complex buyers and deals of €10K a year or more.
- Proof we could check: case studies on their own site or reviews on Clutch.
- Facts we could verify: an HQ and a service list on their own site.
We checked each vendor's own site first, then Clutch. Every price in this post comes from our own price register, checked in October 2026. Our view of each market comes from running campaigns there ourselves.
Some well-known names are missing on purpose:
- Operatix merged into memoryBlue in 2023 and now trades as part of a group based in Virginia. We left it out until the combined offer for European buyers is clear.
- Forwarding Copilot works only with freight forwarders. It does not fit B2B software buyers.
- Hyper Prospecting lists no HQ, address or European office on its site, so we could not verify it.
- SalesCaptain uses a virtual office in London, and Clutch lists it in New York.
- Belkins, CIENCE and Martal Group appear on many US lists. Their HQs and most of their case studies sit outside Europe.

The 9 Best Sales Outsourcing Companies in Europe (2026)
1. Profitbl
Profitbl is best for B2B software companies selling €10K+ deals into France, DACH, Benelux and the UK because our SDRs are native speakers who call buyers in their own language.

HQ: Luxembourg
Price: Starting from €3,600 a month (about $4,100)
That is us. We run outbound for B2B software firms that want to grow in Europe. Our native SDRs cover France, Benelux, Switzerland, Germany and the UK. We cover the Nordics and Southern Europe through partner agencies.
Our campaigns are call-heavy. Senior SDRs run the calls, email and LinkedIn back them up, and you get a report every week.
The proof: a B2B fintech with 18 staff and €800K ARR closed €1.8M in under 10 months with us. That was a 9X return, and its sales cycle dropped by 67%.
Not sure a market will buy? We can start with a 1-week sprint: one ICP, one message, 15 to 20 decision-maker conversations. It tests the market, with no meeting guarantee.
See how our outsourced SDR services for B2B SaaS work.
Strengths:
- Native SDRs in five core European markets
- Call-first outreach that reaches senior buyers who ignore email
- Built for complex B2B software deals
- Weekly reporting on every campaign
Limits:
- We work with B2B software and tech only, so other sectors are a poor fit
- Our partners Vaekst and Springboard IT run the Nordics and Southern Europe
- If you want hundreds of meetings a month from a big call floor, we are the wrong fit

Price: Not published

Limits:
- No public price

Sopro runs email-led prospecting campaigns for B2B companies. It is one of the few agencies on this list that puts a price on its site.
It does not tie you into a minimum contract, so it is easy to test.
Strengths:

Limits:
- Email led, so it will not replace a phone call with a senior buyer

- US-led, with Europe run from one hub

Best sales outsourcing companies in Europe by country
Europe is many markets with many languages. The best partner in Paris is often the wrong one in Stockholm. Here is who we would shortlist in each region.
France
French buyers expect French on the first call. Profitbl and Seventic both run native French campaigns. See our full list of the best sales outsourcing companies in France.
DACH
Germany, Austria and Switzerland reward formal, well-prepared calls. Profitbl calls in German and covers Switzerland, and Salescode works from Nürnberg. Our list of the best sales outsourcing companies in Germany goes deeper.
Benelux
Benelux buyers switch between Dutch, French and English in the same week. Profitbl covers Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from our base in Luxembourg. EuroDev and Brightvision also work here.
UK
UK buyers are used to cold calls and push back fast. Air Marketing, Sopro and Inside Global are all UK-based, and Profitbl runs native UK SDRs. See the best lead generation companies in the UK.
Nordics
Nordic buyers are direct and want proof early. Brightvision has the deepest local team here, and Profitbl covers the region through our partner Vaekst. Read our list of the best sales outsourcing companies in the Nordics.
Southern Europe
Spain, Italy and Portugal are relationship markets where the phone beats email. Seventic covers Spain and Italy, and Profitbl covers the region through our partner Springboard IT.
What is the best sales outsourcing company for fintech companies?
Profitbl is our pick for B2B fintech selling into Europe. Fintech buyers sit in banks, insurers and finance teams, and they ignore generic email. A senior caller who speaks their language gets the meeting. One fintech client closed €1.8M in under 10 months with us, and its sales cycle fell by 67%.
What is the best sales outsourcing company for cybersecurity companies?
Pick a partner whose callers can talk NIS2 and compliance with a CISO on the phone. Profitbl does this in French, Dutch, German and English. A Belgian cybersecurity consulting firm that had stalled for 4 years built €850K of pipeline in 3 months with us, from 17 qualified meetings.
What is the best sales outsourcing company for SaaS companies?
It depends on your first market. Profitbl fits SaaS firms selling €10K+ deals into France, DACH, Benelux and the UK. Brightvision fits SaaS firms starting in the Nordics. Inside Global fits enterprise SaaS chasing large EMEA accounts. Sopro fits teams that want email volume at a known price.
How to choose a sales outsourcing company in Europe
Pick the vendor that already sells in your buyer's language and can show proof from deals like yours. Then test it before you sign for a year. These 8 steps are the short version of the checklist we use.

- Write your success criteria. Name the markets, languages, deal size and the meeting and pipeline numbers you need.
- Test their go-to-market thinking. Ask how they would pick your ICP and first message before launch.
- Check seniority and language. Ask who makes the calls and whether they are native speakers.
- Check data, tools and GDPR. Ask where contacts come from and how opt-outs are handled.
- Get the qualified meeting definition in writing. Ask to hear a sample call.
- Pick terms that line up incentives. Know the notice period and who owns the scripts and lists if you leave.
- Ask for proof in your vertical. Get two references you can call.
- Agree how you will work together. Set weekly reviews, call recordings and live reporting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a sales outsourcing company do?
It runs part or all of your sales process for you. In Europe, most firms focus on the top of the funnel. They find buyers, call and email them, and book qualified meetings for your account executives.
How much do sales outsourcing companies in Europe cost?
Most do not publish a price. Of those that do, retainers start around €3,400 to €3,600 a month. Profitbl: Starting from €3,600 a month (about $4,100). Enterprise programmes cost far more.
Is outsourcing sales better than hiring an SDR in Europe?
For a new market, yes. You skip the hiring, the ramp and the risk of a bad hire, and you learn if the market buys before you build a team. Once a market works, hiring in-house can make sense.
Do I need a different agency for each European country?
Not always. You need native speakers in each market. Some firms cover several countries with their own teams, and others use partners. Ask who will make the calls in each country.
How long before an outsourced sales team books meetings?
With the right list and message, most teams book first meetings in the first month. Pipeline takes longer to show, because B2B software deals in Europe often run for months.
Which channels work best for B2B outbound in Europe?
Phone works best with senior buyers in most European markets. Email and LinkedIn work well in support. Email alone struggles with GDPR rules and full inboxes.
